Digital File Format
GrandScan's
document imaging process converts scanned
paper files into Adobe PDF
files. Other file formats are also available. Our customized service includes
consultation to ensure your particular business needs are best served.
Most of our clients choose PDF format because the
Federal and State governments recognize it as a
de facto standard in electronic document
formats and therefore as an acceptable alternative to paper files. Legally
recognized by all Federal and State court systems, electronic files archived in
PDF format are easily viewed with the freely distributed Adobe Acrobat Reader
and are compatible with most computer systems and browsers.
